In response to a cash flow crisis in December 2021, Dickinson Furnace Services and two related companies initiated a voluntary business rescue. Legal protection, committed employees, and efficient business rescue practitioners (BRPs) were instrumental in gaining approval for the final plan by October 2023. This strategic move ensured the company's operational continuity and financial stability. The ongoing aim is to emerge from this process as a more robust global industrial services provider.
