Traditionally, repairing heat exchangers required costly removal from the site, resulting in significant downtime. However, we modified our OD mounted flange facing machine, making it hollow inside with a shorter and more robust arm and tool post. This breakthrough allowed us to move the machine over the tube bundle, swiftly reaching and repairing the damaged area on-site.
