DGC CLEANS BUNKERS FOR THE IRON PRODUCTION PLANT
A large iron-making company had previously taken more than 3 months to clean their iron production storage bunkers. DGC’s adoption of a combination of silo cleaning technologies, including our SiloWhip system, in combination with our Cardox CO2 system, was able to complete the cleaning of the 12 bunkers within 6 weeks.
PRECIOUS METALS PLANT SILOS HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN 15 YEARS
One of DGC’s customers, a precious metals plant hadn’t cleaned their bulk storage silo in more than 15 years, resulting in rock-hard blockages. DGC’s adoption of our Cardox CO2 system was able to clear the blockage within 3 days. Once the chutes were unblocked, the silo walls were cleaned with the SiloWhip. The overall duration for the unblocking and cleaning of the silo was completed in a record time of 8 days!
